NEWS RELEASE

The Company has entered into an agreement to acquire the following mineral Claims:

CAMEL, CAMEL 2, CAMEL 3, CAMEL 4, CAMEL 5, CAMEL 6, CAMEL 7, CAMEL 8, and CAMEL 9. The property is located in the Lillooet Mining Division representing a

Total Area of: 2330.621 ha. The claims are in good standing until November 20, 2008.

The Company is reimbursing Charles Boitard, the president of the Company for his acquisition, staking costs in the amount of $2,020.18.

The payment to Mr. Boitard is subject to the acceptance of the Exchange.
