NEWS RELEASE
Further to the
Company’s news release of April 24 and May 31, 2006, the Company has closed a private placement
of 1,300,000 units at a price of $.10 per share with two year warrants attached
exercisable at a price of $.15 per share. The shares and warrants will be
issued on June 16, 2006.
The shares and any
shares acquired upon the exercise of the warrants are restricted from trading
until October 17, 2006.
