Mr. Larry Sookochoff, P.
Eng. has been appointed to the Board of directors effective March 2, 2004. Mr.
Sookochoff has been involved in mineral exploration for 37 years primarily in
North and Central America and in mineral property evaluation in South America,
Africa and Asia. Since 1983 he has practiced his profession through his
consulting company, Sookochoff Consultants Inc. based in Vancouver, Canada and
Manila, Philippines.
Mr. Sookochoff held an
executive position with the Vancouver Branch of The Association of Professional
Engineers of British Columbia. He has also participated in the Scientists in
the Schools program as a class-room lecturer to the engineering and geological
profession.
Mr. Sookochoff has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia
and is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists
of the Province of British Columbia as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.).
The Company has amended 1,050,000 stock options
with expiry dates from June 2004 to December 2005 by extending the year of
expiry to 2007. The Company has granted
230,000 new options with an exercise price of $.10 per share expiring March 1,
2007.
