NEWS RELEASE

Further to the Company’s news release of March 23, 2006 the Company, a private placement of $92,789 will be closed on April 20, 2006,by the issue of 927,895 units, each unit comprising one share and one warrant exercisable at a price of $.15 per share until April 19, 2008. 100,000 of the shares are flow through.

The shares and any shares acquired upon the exercise of the warrants are restricted from trading until August 21, 2006.
